Approval and support by the State Administrator of Peralta Community College District Grant Application made to the Chancellor's Office, California Community Colleges, seeking funding to provide enhanced services for area's Class of 2007 CAHSEE non-passes, in the amount of $360,000.00, for the period July 26, 2007 to June 30, 2008 and, if granted, in whole or in part, acceptance of same is authorized pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
