Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment [No. 1], Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Master Contract 2026/27 by and between the District and Star Academy, San Rafael, CA, (Legislative File No. 26-1315, Enactment No. 26-1345, June 29, 2026), for the latter to provide Special Education services, stated in Agreement, required by a student's Individualized Education Program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, amending Section 25) CLASS SIZE, subsection a); Section 26) CALENDARS, subsection a) and Section 37) LEA STUDENT PROGRESS REPORTS/REPORT CARDS AND ASSESSMENTS, subsection b), each, as enumerated herein. All other terms and conditions of said Master Contact remain in full force and effect.
