Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement, by and between the District and Audio Enhancement, Inc., West Jordan, Utah, for the latter to provide their own network drops and upgrade to pendant speakers, with the District covering the cost of the speakers, as outlined in PCO No. 1, for the Prescott Elementary School - Site Improvement and Public Address System Replacement Project, in the additional amount of $59,200.08, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $323,932.40 to $383,132.48, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 26, 2025, through September 30, 2025, to November 5, 2025, (an additional 36 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
