Title
Authorize the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute Resolution No. 0708-0172 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract on behalf of the District to BHM Construction, Davis, CA, for the latter to provide renovation of all the restrooms, replacement of marker boards at classrooms, installation of wall tack board at classrooms and accessibility work at classroom cabinets/sinks per the Division of State Architect (DSA) approved plans and specifications in conjunction with the Manzanita Elementary School Modernization Project for the period commencing June 14, 2008 and ending August 22, 2008 in the amount of $1,049,363.00; and rejecting all other bids if any.
