Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, to provide additional construction services, including the removal and relocation of the staff parking lot, rolling gate gooseneck pedestal, and access control systems, as detailed in their proposal dated April 24, 2025 attached to this amendment as Exhibit A, for the Cole Data Center Move Project, in an additional amount of $6,845.70, increasing the Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $36,507.74, to $43,353.44, and extending the term of the Agreement from May 15, 2025 through July 31, 2025 to December 31, 2025, an (additional 153 days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
