Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Rachel Hart, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide speech and language services to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), IEP meetings, Progress Reports, Medi-Cal billing; assessments for Special Education, general case management duties, communication with school staff, parents, students, outside providers, professional development and all duties associated with the role of a school based Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP), with services delivered legally binding and specified on individual IEPs, via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $114,000.00.
