Title: Approval by State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between District and the East Bay Asian Youth Center (EBAYC), for the latter to provide Tutoring, Arts, Recreation, Leadership and Family Literacy activities for the site's Comprehensive After School Program in the capacity of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Program Grant Lead Agency at Roosevelt Middle School, for the period of September 11, 2008 through June 30, 2009, in an additional amount not to exceed $25,000.00 increasing the Agreement from $218,208.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $218,233.00. (maximum reimbursable amount). All other terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding remain in full force and effect.
