Approval by the Board of Education Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide construction project inspection services, as required by the Division of the State Architect (DSA) for Application No. 01-12079, for the Lowell Middle School and Westlake Middle School Solar Initiative Inverter Replacement Project, in the not to-exceed amount of $13,046.00, which includes a not-to-exceed contingency fee of $1,186.00 for additional services, with work scheduled to commence on April 27, 2022, and scheduled to last until September 30, 2023.
