Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement by and between the District and Valley Precision Grading, Inc., for the latter to remove existing turf, supply and install the new PIVOT Performance Turf and maxFLO (shock pad) turf system with integrated stripping for the Hoover Elementary School Turf Replacement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $248,062.00, with work scheduled to commence upon District's Notice to Proceed and shall terminate upon completion of the Work for the Project, within two hundred calendars days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
