Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Shirley Yee, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following services as part of the Measure Y Juvenile Justice Wraparound grant: 1. Facilitate quarterly interagency Gang Prevention Collaborative meetings. 2. Coordinate re-entry welcome circles for alternative education students returning to school from the Juvenile Justice Center; 3. Oversee case management provided by California Youth Outreach for 36 youth; 4. Plan and coordinate Gang Re-Direct classes at Community Day School, Barack Obama Academy, and Rudsdale High School; 5. Participate in monthly Case Conference meetings and Juvenile Justice Center Employment meetings; and. 6. Collect data for evaluation and prepare quarterly reports as required by City of Oakland for the period of September 2, 2013 through June 30, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $23,399.31.
