Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and HKIT Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the remaining programming and assessment phase of the Project and also include the services described in the March 22, 2021 proposal attached as Exhibit "C", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project, in an amount not to exceed amount of $19,000.00 for Basic Services, plus a District controlled contingency fee of $10,000 for additional services, for a total of $29,000.00, except Architect will not be compensated for any Basic Services required as a result of Wrongful Acts or Omissions, with work scheduled to commence on May 13, 2021, and scheduled to last until May 21, 2024.
