Wait Masonry, Inc., Lodi, CA, for the latter to to build a sign base for monument address sign at Dr. Marcus A. Foster Leadership Center, with scope that includes providing mortar, rebar, grout, equipment and labor to build CMU sign base, and install CMU cap, as described in Exhibit A to the Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $8,150.00, with the work commencing on May 14, 2026, and being completed by June 30, 2026, pursuant to the Agreement, via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management.
