Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Restorative Student Ambassador to support and initiate restorative justice practices, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Frick United Academy of Language, for the period of August 12, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $34,972.93.
