Approval and support by the State Administrator of a Grant Application to United States Department of Education, seeking funding for teachers, staff, students, parents and community partners for training to support the development of individualized smaller learning community programs to nurture student achievement at Oakland High, Oakland Technical and Skyline High Schools in the amount of $2,650,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2010 and, if awarded, to accept same, in whole or part, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
