Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and The KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Inspector of Record Services for Phases 1 and 2, as required by DSA, due to an expanded schedule and increased Scope of Work, as described in the Proposal dated February 23, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, in the additional amount of $230,624.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $230,009.00 to $460,633.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
