Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for the Purchase of Portable Buildings … between the District and Mobile Modular Management Corporation, Livermore, CA, for the latter to sell to the District two portable units already in place at site: one 48’x40’ and one 24’x40’, in conjunction with the Claremont LLB Phase I Demolition of Old Cafeteria Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit “A”, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing December 13, 2018 and concluding no later than September 24, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $130,000.00.
