Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Touchmath Acquisition, LLC, Colorado Springs, CO, for the latter to provide one Custom Train-the-Trainer Program to certify up to 5 internal trainers for the district, four 3-hours of custom virtual training via Zoom for up to 40 teachers per session, and two full days of custom in-person training for up to 40 teachers per session, via Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
