Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and the Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools (BayCES), for the latter to provide coaching services for East Oakland School of the Arts team and teachers to learn practices that will focus to articulate instructional vision, implement classroom observation, strategic use of content-based instructional services, on-going cycle of assessment, for the period of November 20, 2008 through June 11, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $40,000.
