Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Milk and Dairy Products Contract (IFB #22-134NS: Milk and Dairy Products K-12 Meal Program) by and between the District and Crystal Creamery, Inc., Modesto, CA, for the latter to provide milk and dairy products for Nutrition Services Programs, exercising the second of two one-year options, renewing the Contract, in an additional amount not to exceed $900,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,645,000.00 to $2,545,000.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
