Chapot Construction, Alameda, CA, for the latter as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to provide demolition of the boys and girls restrooms, moving Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) to another location within building, including installing new terrazzo flooring, plumbing, ceramic tiles, toilet partitions, ventilation and paint, in conjunction with the Claremont Middle School Plumbing Renovation Project, for the period commencing June 24, 2010 and ending October 1, 2010, in the amount of $339,000.00.
