Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services - Environmental Services between District and Hertz Environmental, Oakland, CA, for the latter to demolish existing multi-purpose building, play structure and associated asphaltic concrete, in conjunction with the Whittier Elementary School Expansion - New Construction (Greenleaf), more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 12, 2015 and concluding no later than December 31, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $9,350.00.
