Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide Inspector of Record Services for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School Fire Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in an additional not-to-exceed amount of $23,359.60, increasing the Agreement's not to exceed amount from $47,748.00 to $71,107.60, and extending the term of Agreement from May 26, 2022 through June 30, 2023 to November 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
