Title

Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Blueprint Schools Network, Needham, MA, for the latter to: support with systems development and planning by collaborate with each school to develop schedules, systems, and processes for a successful implementation of the program, customizing Common Core-aligned curricular materials to ensure tutorial sessions complement and support OUSD’s curriculum, coordinate with school administration on order fulfillment for furnishings and other materials necessary for program implementation, and collaborating with administration to identify dedicated tutorial space and communicate expectations for appropriate tutorial learning environments for 2026-27; provide Blueprint Fellows Program model (known as “Blueprint Math Lab” at school sites) will work with 9th grade and targeted students that will participate in the initiative based on school priorities, build the capacity of staff members with the intent of establishing long-term school-based support and infrastructures, design and implement a quality math acceleration program based on high dosage tutoring, provide a team to prepare for and support the implementation of a quality program; and recruit and train staff with professional development. Implementation will begin prior to the start of the 2026-27 school year through planning, scheduling, tutorial roster development, and program preparation activities, at Skyline High School, for the period of August 10, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
