Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and DB Luv LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work with Oakland Athletic League (OAL) to provide sporting opportunities to students with disabilities through collaboration with school sites and external organizations and support the launch of the Student Athlete Leadership Council in partnership with Under Armour's Project Rampart; seek opportunities to secure resources, sponsorships, or partnerships that may enhance the quality and inclusivity of the sporting events and contribute time and effort to ensure the events are accessible and accommodating for students with disabilities, adhering to any guidelines provided by the Oakland Athletic League, for the period of September 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
