Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and AddieRose Mayer, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to engage in a restorative, trauma-informed, and humanity-centered approach to support District staff through facilitated conflict mediation and capacity-building training, grounded in conflict transformation; facilitate a conflict transformation process between two OUSD staff members to address emergent conflict and improve workplace effectiveness; offer experiential training to build mediative skills among staff, with customizable formats ranging from a 12-hour introductory training to a 32-hour DRPA-aligned certification program, via Talent / Human Resources Department, for the period of April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
