Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Hoot Reading, Inc., Winnipeg, MB, for the latter to provide a high-impact, after-school literacy intervention program across two (2) middle schools serving 50 students, with each student receiving 60 virtual lessons to improve their reading skills; participate in a 20-week literacy tutoring program, receiving up to 60 1:1 online reading lessons with a qualified teacher as part of their after-school programming; lessons in-school and be scheduled in 30-minute time blocks with 25 minutes of live instruction and 5 minutes of non-live data reporting; lessons scheduled during after-school programming, three times per week, based on each school's ideal time schedule, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $76,400.00.
