Approval by State Administrator of Affiliation Agreement Between District and Children's Hospital and Research Center Oakland, for the latter to accept 30 to 35 qualified underrepresented minority sophomore students annually to participate in the FACES Program, an internship program providing minority high school students with the opportunity for health career exploration and preparation, via hospital internships, pursuant to terms and conditions of the Affiliation Agreement, for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009.
