Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Champion Industrial Contractors, Inc., Modesto, CA, for the latter to provide construction services, including the removal and demolition of the existing kitchen and serving line; the removal and proper disposal of the outdated three-compartment sink and associated fixtures; the installation of a new, code-compliant three-compartment sink and fixtures; and the installation of new water filtration systems at the sink, with all serving line upgrades shall comply with current OUSD standards for the Elmhurst Middle School Kitchen/Serving Line Upgrades Project, in an amount not to exceed $22,986.00, with the work commencing May 18, 2026, and being completed by June 30, 2026, via Division of Facilities Planning and Management.
