Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and BASE Landscape Architecture, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to conduct research and write a Living Schoolyard Design Areas Document including Garden, Outdoor Classroom, Garden with outdoor classroom, Play Area for big blue blocks or other large games, Nature Exploration Areas, Gathering Spaces (including seating areas around trees) and Tree Shade and other services, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Chief of Systems and Services Officer, for the period of April 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $28,200.00.
