Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement by and between the District and NV5 Consultants, Inc., San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional professional services which include responding to RFIs received for the District's solar PV RFQ/P and hold meetings with the District to discuss responses, as described in the Proposal attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Oakland Unified School District Phase II & III PV Project, in an additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $239,800.00 to $254,800.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
