Title: Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Change Order Nos. 2-7 to Construction Contract with G&G Builders, Pleasanton, California, for the latter to add trench drain up-slope from building, disconnect fire alarm from temporary classroom portables, furnish and install paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers at classroom sink, furnish and install 3 metal hallide security lights on the exterior face of the elevator to provide night lighting on playroom, complete fire alarm system, complete Aurora tie in and add one intertie panel to make the entire school function from one system, test and certify fire alarm center, complete, test, inspect and commission the elevator including state inspection in conjunction with the Allendale Elementary School Relocatable Replacement Project in the amount of $67,990.13, and increasing the Agreement from $1,480,926.88 to $1,548,917.01. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
