Title
Approval by the Board of Education of First Amendment, Subcontractor Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the District and Oakland Promise, Oakland, CA, accepting $731,446.50, with following changes in Agreement:
1. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Existing Agreement.
2. The Parties agree to extend the current Term of the Existing Agreement to include the
2026-2027 Service Term.
3. Effective as of July 1, 2026, Attachment I (Description of Services) attached to the
Existing Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Description of Services attached hereto as Exhibit A for the 2026-2027 Service Term.
4. Effective as of July 1, 2026, Attachment II (Subcontractor Fee) attached to the Existing Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Attachment II attached hereto as Exhibit B for the 2026-2027 Service Term.
5. Subcontractor Reaffirmations. Subcontractor represents and warrants that, the representations and warranties set forth in the Existing Agreement are true and correct in all material respects as of the date hereof; and
6. Remainder of Existing Agreement Unchanged,
via High School Linked Learning Office, for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof, if any.
