Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Ian Paratore, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to support implementation of an Algebra 1 Pilot at McClymond High School through these services: (1) participate in Revolution Prep trainings on best practices for Blended Learning and implementation of Revolution Prep’s Algebra 1 online program; (2) support small groups of students working on the program during class time; (3) assist instructor to evaluate student progress through printing and analyzing usage and achievement data; and (4) perform other services as agreed upon, such as tutoring individual students outside of class, as agreed upon with the school’s principal, for the period March 1, 2012 through June 15, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
