Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3, Lease-Leaseback Contract by and between the District and Cahill Contractors, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction services for the Phase II scope, PCOs 13-17 including the following changes: RFI 59-59.2 Conflicts with Bioretention Wall Elevations at Driveway; RFI 57 Unknown Gas Pipe Near Pile #43; CCD-011A Fire Alarm Changes, Modular Pathway to FACP; Dry-Rot Repairs at Auditorium Bldg. Entrance; and Extended GCs for Auditorium & Project Delays, as identified in PCO’s No.13 thru 17, increasing the Lease-Leaseback Contract amount by $647,761.05, from $11,757,368.71 to $12,405,129.76 and extending the term of the Contract from September 26, 2024 through June 30, 2026 to August 31, 2026, extending term by 62 calendar days, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
