Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contract Agreement for the Provision of Transportation Services - American Logistics - Programs for Exceptional Children between District and American Logistics Company, Santa Ana, CA, for the latter to provide transportation services to and from school and/or other transportation services during the school day as requested by District, for pupils enrolled in Programs for Exceptional Children, for the period of July 20, 2012 through July 20, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00.
