Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement between District and Ninyo and Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional data sampling and analytical activities, preparation of a Draft Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) Report and preparation of a Step-out Sampling Technical Memorandum in conjunction with the Life Academy Renovation/Seismic Retrofit Project in an additional amount not to exceed $7,135.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $51,600.00 to $58,135.00, and extending the contract period of the Agreement from September 24, 2009 through December 31, 2009 to June 30, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
