Approval by Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and First Alarm, Aptos, CA, for the latter to provide District-wide fire alarm monitoring by providing; technician's set-up OUSD school sites by changing dialers to contact First Alarm Central Station, perform walk test at each school site and list deficiencies found; they will in turn submit reports of their findings to the Alarm Center and various other items as described herein in conjunction with the District-wide Fire Alarm Monitoring Project for the period commencing November 1, 2008 and concluding no later than December 31, 2010 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
