Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Rincon Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, providing a time extension for consultation services at selected schools for water lead samples where elevated levels of lead have been detected as part of the District Wide Lead Abatement Project, for the period from December 31, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027, an additional three hundred sixty-five days (365). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
