Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Arntz Builders, Inc., Petaluma, CA, for additional construction services which includes RAW Phase 1 excavation and disposition of contaminated soil directed by Department Toxic Substance Control, for the Cole Campus Central Administration Center Project, in the amount of $2,819,358.81, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $35,752,816.00 to $38,572,174.81. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
