Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Sara Green, Brooklyn, NY, for the latter to provide data organization templates for progress monitoring that will support school staff to determine student academic and wellness interventions, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, for Sojourner Truth Independent Study, for the period of August 10, 2026 through May 26, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
