Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Street Academy Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide approximately 115 students in grades nine through twelve, a credit recovery and dropout prevention alternative high school program providing a fully accredited college preparatory and career readiness program implementing the independent study model of attendance using Master Agreements and work samples as well as daily attendance which allows the best support for students to meet their needs and keep them in school, and as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, at Emiliano Zapata Street Academy, for the period of August 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $538,085.41.
