Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Springboard Collaborative, Philadelphia, PA, for the latter to provide District with targeted literary acceleration services delivered through an in person, five week summer learning program serving approximately 900 students across eight elementary school sites, integrating structured literacy instruction, family engagement, educator training, data tracking and student incentives to improve reading outcomes and strengthen family-school relationships, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of May 28, 2026 through May 28, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $318,500.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
