Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3 to Construction Contract with Bay Cities Paving and Grading, Oakland, CA, for the latter to acceleration for Astro turf, cleanup and resurfacing of asphalt areas around field, regrading of the Football Field subgrade in conjunction with the McClymonds Football Field Replacement Project in the additional amount of $80,636.00, increasing the Agreement from $1,489,726.00 to $1,570,362.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
