("Contractor"), Petrolia, ON Canada, for the latter to provide additional construction services as follows: the Contractor realized that there were parts missing from the structure and according to B & G it would take a month to receive parts; instead of sending the crew and semi-truck away, the Project Manager asked if they could start work on the smaller structure, which had plans for biding out later in the year, in the amount of $27,631.59; permission granted for new smaller construction project, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $88,390.86 to $116,022.45 and extending the contract term from January 9, 2020 through October 9, 2020 to January 7, 2021, by an additional 91 days, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Change Order for same with said contractor.
