Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to provide restorative justice facilitation and support for the students, including facilitating games during recess, holding group circles when conflicts arise, and helping students work through conflicts and rebuild relationships at Hillcrest Elementary School, for the period of October 20, 2025 through May 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
