Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Marvin Saltzberg, Hercules, CA, for the latter to provide state required inspection services during construction in conjunction with the Chabot Elementary Portable Restroom Project, for the period commencing March 1, 20005, and concluding upon completion of the project, or permanent abandonment of the Project by the District, or December 13, 2005, whichever date or event comes first, in an amount not-to-exceed $3,000.00.
