Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, by and between the District and Redgwick Construction Company, Oakland, CA, for the latter's installation of additional base rock, and over-excavation in selected locations to ensure proper paving preparation, addressing unforeseen conditions encountered during asphalt removal and replacement in several areas where subgrade conditions did not meet compacting requirements, as detailed in PCO No. 1, for the Madison Primary School Site Improvement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $30,256.01, increasing the Agreement amount from $1,347,100.00 to $1,377,356.01. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
