Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Emma Donnelly, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide English Language instruction for Parents of students focusing on enhancing English fluency for life skills relevant to communicating with school faculty and staff, and helping parents develop the skills needed for guiding their children on a path to academic success at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, for the period of February 3, 2020 through June 12, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
