Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Loving & Campos Architects Inc., Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide architectural, plumbing, minor civil engineering, building manufacturing coordination, DSA processing, limited construction administration and job closeout services, in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle Additional Restroom Project for the period commencing March 1, 2005 and conclude upon completion of the desired services described therein, but no later than May 31,2005, in an amount not to exceed $19,500.00.
