Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and AON, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide design and construction administration services including field survey, meetings, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in conjunction with the McClymonds High Intrusion Replacement Project for the period commencing May 9, 2012 and concluding no later than December 20, 2012 in an amount not to exceed $50,250.00.
